Welcome to this collaboration of the San Damiano Retreat Center and IM

In different ways, both of us have the same core philosophy:

Peace and All Good

By blending our different styles to offer this stress reduction program, we believe that we can begin the process of peace and good in each one that joins this journey.

 

Our fast-paced culture creates overwhelm in everyday living that limits each of us. That’s why we are teaming up to offer this scientifically based, clinically proven program: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Backed by over 40 years of clinical research and tens of thousands of graduates, this 8-week, nonsectarian program can provide  tools to relieve stress.
