Imagine Mindfulness 2.0
IM2 is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to improving life by reducing stress with mindful practices and tools that can help reduce anxiety, reactivity, and spinning thoughts.

We offer mindfulness training in two live, online programs: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Beginnings (coming soon).

Our MBSR programs are held live online with Zoom and follow the program created by Jon Kabat-Zinn at University of Massachusetts.
Optional: if you're a reader, get a copy of the book (including audio) Full Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
You may attend the Practice Retreat either on Zoom or in person (SF Bay Area US). Please contact us if attending in person.
